Known for his personable and welcoming demeanour, James began his security career in 2012 as a crowd controller and developed a real passion for the security industry as a whole. Since that time, James has acquired a large skill set including crowd control, CPP, gatehouse and construction Site Access, Unarmed Security and Static Guarding. James has also spent time as an Assistant Manager, Human Resources Manager, Staff trainer and Staff liaison. Pairing this experience with a genuine desire to improve the Security industry with a friendly and approachable attitude is what attracted James to MNP Security.
